Discount Lalique Electrum

Electrum is an Amber, floral, aromatic fragrance created for Men and Women in 2015 by perfumer Karine Dubreuil-Sereni for the Les Compositions Parfumees collection.

Review

This scent is aromatic and velvety, with the faintest hint of a metallic essence. Bergamot, Freesia, and Pear create an elegant prominence with a warm and smooth Ambery finish. It can be worn to the office, but its romantic vibe makes it much better suited for afternoons relaxing, or going on an afternoon adventure, with your sweetheart. It is also very suitable for formal occasions, and will work well in all seasons. It maintains an intimacy with the skin, but will have moments of great projection. It is comparable to Giardino Benessere White Musk and Lalique Reve d’Infini.

Inspiration

The Les Compositions Parfumees collection was inspired by alloys of metals and precious metals, and the way they blend harmoniously, in the same way that raw materials unite in a fragrance composition. 

Electrum is an alloy blend of Silver and Gold and was often referred to as White Gold in the ancient world, oftentimes sharing its name with Amber.

Notes

Electrum begins with a blend of bright Bergamot, fresh Freesia, and the sweetness of Pear. Rose and Jasmine in the heart soften a note of Sandalwood, adding a subtle creaminess to the composition. Haitian Vetiver adds a slight earthy quality, while Amber and Musk add a sultry warmth. A final note of Patchouli adds depth and helps with longevity.
